Throughout the program, you'll work on real projects and shoulder real responsibilities, gaining skills that can be applied to any workplace and setting yourself apart in a competitive job market.

The Ideal Candidate

As a Retention Sales Intern located in Austin, TX, we're looking for self-driven, high-caliber individuals who can tackle complex commercial challenges and use data to craft solutions. In return, Choosy Power will offer you the support, guidance, and opportunities you need to thrive. As an emerging talent and a future asset, we want to help you make a significant impact, inspire others, and provide exceptional customer service.

Internship Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Customer Care and Retention Sales teams to map and analyze core processes, identifying opportunities to engineer a seamless, low-effort experience that fosters customer loyalty.

  • Work toward achieving performance goals in customer retention, renewal sales, and additional product sales.

  • Engage with various teams, including voice, digital chat, online account management, telesales, digital app, and customer experience, to pinpoint opportunities for reducing customer effort and creating a seamless customer journey.

  • Learn the fundamental aspects of the retail energy industry, all while helping the team achieve outstanding results during the critical Texas summer season.
